You can delete your account at any time to permanently remove your profile and data, except for information which we must retain for legal purposes.
To delete your account from within the Candou app:
- Ensure you are logged in as the user you wish to delete
- Open the navigation menu ( ≡ )
- Select the "Profile" option
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile page
- Select "Delete Account" and confirm deletion
Your account will be deleted within 5 business days. You may be charged for any opportunities which are in progress or outside the cancellation window. You can review our data retention policy including what data we are required to keep in our App Privacy Policy.
